Civil Engineering
We are accustomed to serving as contract staff for cities, counties, and special districts. We also provide design services for private clients. Our design services focus on infrastructure; water, wastewater, storm drainage, streets, pavement rehabilitation and utilities master planning. We assist our municipal clients with contract city engineering services including plans review and project specific field reviews.
Land Surveying
We provide contract staffing as city and county surveyors, while also supporting a large private client base. We have full time field crews providing field surveying, mapping, and construction staking. We use both conventional and GPS surveying equipment. Our staff are experts with Boundary Surveying, ALTA Surveys, FEMA Certifications and FEMA mapping, Construction Surveys, Topographic and Design Surveys, Tentative and Final Subdivision Maps, Easements and Lot Splits/Mergers
Funding Procurement
Since 1996 we have helped our clients procure and manage more than 30 Million dollars for infrastructure projects. Our staff have successfully written grants and low-interest loans for a variety of federal and state programs.

Our staff are experienced and excel with getting your design project built ON Time and ON Budget. From bid opening, through construction to final punch list and pay request processing, we are here to ensure your projects are built successfully.
