Samoa Town Master Development Plan
In 2001, CEC was involved in the Samoa Master Development Plan since the inception of the project.
CEC provides support services for permitting and entitlements through Coastal Commission and the County of Humboldt. CEC was responsible for all master planning & design of infrastructure; including a new waste water treatment plant, community water storage, five lift stations, roadways, pipelines, along with sewer and water.
Sacramento River Boat Ramps
CEC has been involved with two boat ramps in the last 10 yrs. Provided complete design permitting and construction administration for a boat ramp located along the Sacramento River. Also provided construction administration and entitlement support to the City of Colusa for a new boat ramp completed in 2018.

Sutter North Medical Office Complex
CEC provided all planning design construction staking for the Sutter North Medical Complex, located in Yuba City, California.
Butte Street Rehabilitation
CEC provided funding procurement planning design, construction staking, construction administration, along with inspections for rehabilitation of Butte Street in the City of Willows.
